I mean, maybe it sends you a message the first time a new website is blocked and then doesn't send you messages on subsequent blocks. As the saying goes, the proof is in the pudding.

I used Wireshark to capture the packets it's sending out and it turns out it's trying to make it's update by sending an HTTP request to. The problem is that it's not updating the IP address.
